    Set App Category

    This section describes how to set the category of an app.

    Prerequisites

    • You should have the App Store Management permission on the KubeSphere platform. For more information, refer to "Platform Roles".

    • KubeSphere App Store Management should have been installed and enabled.

    Steps

    1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has the App Store Management permission.

    2. Click grid in the upper-right corner and select App Store Management.

    3. Click App Categories in the left navigation pane.

    4. In the app template list, select the checkbox on the left side of the app template, then click Change Category above the list.

    5. In the Modify Category dialog, set the category of the app, then click OK.
