View Log Receiver List

This section introduces how to view the log receiver list.

Prerequisites

  • You should join a cluster and have the Cluster Settings Viewing permission within the cluster. For more information, refer to "Cluster Members" and "Cluster Roles".

  • A log receiver has been added.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has the Cluster Settings Viewing permission, and access your cluster.

  2. Click Cluster Settings > Log Receivers in the left navigation pane.

  3. On the Log Receivers page, click Container Logs, Resource Events, Audit Logs, or Notification History to open the log receiver list.

    • The log receiver list provides the following information:

      ParameterDescription

      Name

      The name of the log receiver. KubeSphere supports Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, and Kafka log receivers.

      Address

      The service address and port of the log receiver. KubeSphere will send logs to this address and port. The default service address and port of OpenSearch used by KubeSphere is opensearch-cluster-data.kubesphere-logging-system.svc:9200.

      Status

      Whether the log receiver is enabled, with values of Enabled or Disabled.

      Type

      The type of the log receiver, which can be Logging, Events, Audit Logs, or Notification History.

      Creation Time

      The creation time of the log receiver.

    • Click refresh in the upper right corner of the list to refresh the list information.
