Delete Constraint Templates

This section describes how to delete a constraint template.

Warning

Constraint templates cannot be recovered after deletion. Please proceed with caution.

Prerequisites

  • You should join a cluster and have the cluster-admin permission within the cluster. For more information, refer to "Cluster Members" and "Cluster Roles".

  • Gatekeeper should have been installed and enabled.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has the cluster-admin permission, and access your cluster.

  2. Click Gatekeeper > Constraint Templates in the left navigation pane.

  3. Click more on the right side of the constraint template you want to delete, then select Delete from the dropdown list.

  4. In the Delete Constraint Template dialog, enter the name of the constraint template, then click OK.
