Huawei Türkiye, ilk kez Çin dışında gerçekleştirilen uluslararası bulut uygulama geliştirme yarışması Huawei Cloud Developer Competition’ın organizasyonunu üstlendi.
Şirketten yapılan açıklamaya göre, toplam 14 bin dolar ödüllü yarışmanın ödül töreni, 7 Ekim’de İstanbul’da düzenlenen HDC.Cloud Days etkinliğinde yapıldı.
Huawei, Türkiye’deki bilişim ekosistemine katkı sağlamak amacıyla yetenekli yazılım ve uygulama geliştiricilerin eğitimine destek olurken, farklı kategorilerdeki yarışmalarla da yeni yetenekleri teşvik ediyor. Şirketin bu amaçla düzenlediği yarışmalardan biri olan Huawei Cloud Developer Competition, bulut bilişim alanında yazılım ve uygulama geliştiren yetenekleri bir araya getirdi.
Açıklamada görüşlerine yer verilen Huawei Cloud Bölge Başkanı Frank Machao, Gartner'ın yayınladığı rapora göre, Huawei'nin genel bulut servisleri, 2020 yılında IaaS (altyapı servisleri) pazarındaki payı itibarıyla uluslararası sıralamada 5. Çin'de ise ikinci sırada yer aldığını belirtti.

Birlikte Dünya'da ilk şekilde Kubenetes as a Service for Government hizmetimizi bu sene içerisinde açmayı planlıyoruz.
Huawei Turkey undertook the organization of the international cloud application development competition, the Huawei Cloud Developer Competition, which was held outside of China for the first time.
According to the statement made by the company, the award ceremony of the competition with a total prize of 14 thousand dollars was held at the HDC.Cloud Days event held in Istanbul on October 7.
In order to contribute to the informatics ecosystem in Turkey, Huawei supports the training of talented software and application developers and encourages new talents with competitions in different categories. Huawei Cloud Developer Competition, one of the competitions organized by the company for this purpose, brought together the talents who develop software and applications in the field of cloud computing.
According to the report published by Gartner, Huawei's public cloud services ranked 5th internationally and second in China in terms of its share in the IaaS (infrastructure services) market in 2020, said Frank Machao, Huawei Cloud Region President, whose views were included in the statement.
As KubeSphere, we have partnerships with Huawei on various issues in Turkey. We offer the Kubernetes structure as SaaS in the Huawei Cloud environment in Turkey. We write integrations on Huawei services in our development center in Turkey. Together, we plan to open our Kubenetes as a Service for Government for the first time in the world this year.
We will also take part as KubeSphere Turkey at the Paris Event, Huawei's next big and global Cloud event, and we will give a speech on KubeSphere Government on Huawei Cloud.
