Delete Constraints

This section describes how to delete a constraint.

Warning

Constraints cannot be recovered after deletion. Please proceed with caution.

Prerequisites

  • You should join a cluster and have the cluster-admin permission within the cluster. For more information, refer to "Cluster Members" and "Cluster Roles".

  • Gatekeeper should have been installed and enabled.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has the cluster-admin permission, and access your cluster.

  2. Click Gatekeeper > Constraints in the left navigation pane.

  3. Click more on the right side of the constraint you want to delete, then select Delete from the dropdown list.

  4. In the Delete Constraints dialog, enter the name of the constraint, then click OK.
